Tubewell Experts is the oldest establishment in its field in the area, that came into existence during a water crisis in the region.
Over the past six decades, Tubewell Experts has transformed from a family-run business, into an establishment specializing in groundwater borewell construction and manufacturing high-specification drilling rigs. Under the guidance of Mr. Manoj K Gupta, the company has expanded its services to include seismic services, contritubing in the National Seismic Program, a government initiative promoting energy efficiency.

Mr. Shiv Ram Gupta is a true entreprenuer, even before the word gained traction. He started Tubewell Experts at the age of 18 with a single drilling machine that he fixed with hand crafted components. He started working in his early adulthood starting only with an initial investment of ₹50. He saw the struggle of farmers in his region due to unavailability of a reliable source of water. That is when he came up with the idea to start this operation. Working through most of his prime, he has built the institution into a name of Quality and Reliability.
Today even at the age of 78, Shiv has shown no intentions to retire. Though recently he has been allocating free time into poetry and literature, after shifting a major portion of administration to sons. Though he regularly guides then along the complex nuances of the same.
Son of Mr. Shiv Ram Gupta, is the second generation head of Tubewell Experts. After joining the establishment at a young age Manoj worked under the guidance of his father at the beggining. Along with helping his father, Manoj simultaneously completed his Masters in Commerce, gaining invaluable knowledge, that he has brought into the practical world. After achieveing partial control he has been a pivotal force in the divercification of services offered by the company. His efforts have started the Seismic Division of the company.
Mr. Manoj is the current Chief Executions Officier of Tubewell Experts, managing all aspects of the business. He is a high aimer and has the skills and willingness to achieve those goals.
Under his direction, the establishment has expanded its business to further regions, enabling the firm to reflect higher profit margins.
Younger son of Mr. Shiv Ram Gupta, CA Anil Gupta is the Financial Advisor of Tubewell Experts. He is a highly qualified individual, who completed his Professional Degree in Charted Accountancy in the year 2010. He manages the finalcial angle of the establishment and also operates his own Accountancy Firm 'Singh Dwivedi & Co. ' based in Civil Lines, Prayagraj. Mr. Anil has over 15 years of experience in his field.
Anil Gupta is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2010. He has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity as a consultant. He has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over a decade. He has helped many organisations to set up business in India and operating it smoothly.
Anil Gupta has vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Indian laws and regulations, as well as the complex corporate taxation system. Anil & his team have assisted many overseas companies in completing paperwork, getting necessary approvals, paying taxes, necessary filings and much more.
